Dustin Gardner is a professional surveyor, historian, and folklorist residing in Phoenix, Arizona and is currently employed with Rick Engineering. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, and Idaho State University. Dustin’s favorite part of land surveying is the rush that comes from finding original GLO stone monuments and, the study of land surveyors’ history and the incredible rolls we’ve played in recorded history.

Will Wing

Farrah Etcheverry is a surveyor in training and co-owner of Etcheverry Land Surveying, in northern Arizona. Farrah is a senior at East Tennessee State University where she is studying Land Surveying and Mapping. Farrah has spent the last many years working alongside her father, Martin (PLS) doing a wide range of survey work both in her home state of Arizona and in Hawaii. She is a founding member of Arizona’s new Young Surveyors Network and is passionate about education and advocacy for young surveyors.

Tate Childers has been a member of YSN since it's inception in 2022. Tate is a former collegiate baseball player and loves most team sports, hiking, cycling, and spending time with family. He currently works as a project surveyor at Alta Southwest, an Arizona base Engineering firm. He is also completing his bachelor's degree at East Tennessee State University.

Davis Borrego recently obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics Engineering and moved to Phoenix in May of 2023. He currently works for Rick Engineering as an Associate Survey analyst. Davis found a passion for surveying because of professionals spreading the word of surveying to him and his classmates in GE courses, which eventually led him to pursue a degree in Geomatics. Now he strives to do the same.
